The “Fiore” of Giacomo Bologna Braida is a superb white wine made with a blend of Chardonnay (70%) and Nascetta (30%) Grapes.

It shows on view an intense straw yellow colour, while at nose gets off floral scents that evolve into pleasantly mineral notes.

In mouth it is fresh and clean with a well-balanced acidity and a excellent persistence in the final.

Manufacturer

The history of the cave, situated in Rocchetta Tanaro, has a beginning with the nickname of ‘Braida’, that was attributed to Giuseppe Braida, during the elastic football match, a typical sport of Piedmont. Giacomo Bologna has inherited the nickname and the love for wine and soil from his father. Today Raffaella and Giuseppe Bologna manage the cave and they represent the third ‘Braida’ generation: they have transformed the taste of Barbera wine too, by giving to this kind of wine a noble and a quality taste.
