Pinot Bianco Berg Colterenzio 2020

The Pinot Bianco Berg by Colterenzio has a great straw yellow color with green reflexes. Its perfume is fresh and fruity with apple and pair scents. The taste is elegant and equilibrate, with a pronounced acidity and mineral notes leading to a flinty aftertaste. It has a good persistence and longevity. The PInot Bianco Berg by Colteerenzio is perfect if drunk with first vegetables courses, fish and shellfish, white meat and fresh cheeses.

The Colterenzio winery was established in 1960 by 28 wine makers, and in the course of the time more and more producers have added to them until the 300 of today: they work in a surface of 300 hectares. The quality of soils, as well as the wine of this locality was recognized around 15 before Christ., when Cornelius lodged there by laying the foundations for the Colterenzio vineyards. The cornerstones of the winery’s philosophy are naturalness, respect for traditions and use of modern technologies, in fact the three kind of wines that the cave produces, follow these ideas: there are classic wine, that people can drink everyday, Praedium wines, that are produced by Oltradige vineyards, and the great Cornell wines which have an enormous international value.
