The Roero Rosso of Valfaccenda winery is a juicy red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes that come from the Roero hills. It has a ruby red color and a soft and fruity aroma, with raspberry and wood strawberry notes, lightly spiced. The passage in the wood gives to this Nebbiolo a good structure and complexity. The taste is warm and soft, with delicate tannins, dry and harmonic. It is perfect if drunk with important courses of roasted meats, aging cheeses and game.
