Langhe Nebbiolo Funsu by Cascina Cà Rossa, took its name from Alfonso, the owner's father, In the town is was called Funsu and known as an engaged and devoted farmer. This is an elegant and pleasant wine, with a birth ruby red color. The bouquet is complex, floreal and fruity, with violet, rose, raspberry and blackberry notes. The taste is dry and warm, robust and lightly tannic. We recommend it with the typical “carne all’albese”, medium adeg cheese and handmade pasta.

The cave is situated in Canale, exactly in the so-called locality ‘Case Sparse’, and the Responsible of it is Angelo Ferrio.
