The Roero Arneis “Serra Lupini” of Negro Angelo e Figli shows an intense straw yellow color. It has a floral and fruited bouquet, with notes of peach and pear and acacia flowers and tropical fruits scents. The taste is soft, persistent, with a sapid and mineral final. It is perfect if drunk fresh as aperitif or in combination with white meat, vegetables and aging cheeses.

The cave is settled on the Roero’s hills, in Monteu Roero, and it is collocated in a favourable position for the vineyards’ plantation. The winery was established by Giovanni Domenico Negro in the far 1670: at the time Giovanni had a big country house in the locality of Sant’Anna. In the course of the time the cave has developed and it has begun to increase: in fact today the wine makers work on a surface of 45 hectares of vineyards. Nowadays the cave is able to combine tradition and modernity, by earning excellent results.
