Vin Soave Soave Classico doc Inama 2020

The Soave Classico of Inama winery is a wine made with Garganega grapes coming from vineyards in the district of Monteforte d'Alpone and Soave in the region of Veneto. Elegant and refined wine, it shows a pale straw yellow color. Its bouquet is floral and fruity with aromas of ripe fruit and wild flowers. Fresh and mineral in mouth, the Soave of Inama is a perfect wine to drink chilled  as aperitif or with appetizers and first courses based on fish, or in combination with some typical Venetian dishes, such as polenta and rabbit.

The Inama winery was founded by Giuseppe Inama, who has invested in vineyards on Mount Foscarino, considered the most prestigious hill in territory of Soave, since the 1950s. The philosophy of the company can be summarized as follows: Production of wines that express the different aspects of the territory; Respect for nature and soil using a biological approach; Continuous improvement in the search for perfection. The current owner of the farm is Stefano Inama, who today is considered one of the most authoritative producers in the world of Italian wine.
