More info

The Pinot Noir of Yarden is one of the most important and well-known Israeli red wines.

It is produced following the ancient Jewish rules of Kosher, on the heights of Golan, in the small town of Katzrim.

At view it shows a beautiful deep ruby red color; in the glass it gets off pleasant fruity and floral scents, whit hints of raspberries, cherries, blueberries and violet, in addition to a spicy background.

The taste is round and complex, fresh and savory.

It has silky tannins and it is the perfect wine to drink in combination with white meat roasted, mushrooms and medium seasoning cheeses.

Yarden is one of the few winery that produces only kasher wines, that is wines which are authorized by the rabbis and so these kind of wines are drinkable by orthodox Jews, too. The vineyards occupy a locality that extends from the Galilee See to the Hermon Mount, those climate is really favourable to the vineyard’s culture.
