Alta Langa Brut docg Bianc 'd Bianc Cocchi 2015

The Blanc d’ Blanc Brut of Cocchi, produced with selected Chardonnay grapes, shows a light yellow color  with fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is complex and intense,  with notes of white fruits and light apricot. The taste is fresh, rich and equilibrate, with a great structure and soft perlage. It is perfect if drunk with snacks, fish courses, shellfish and fresh or medium ageing cheeses. 

Cocchi is Bava's ownership by the end of the sixties, that renewed the business production and it restarted the Barolo Chinato Cocchi such as a cult product in Italy.
The Cocchi's same label is the Barolo Chinato's symbol in the world.
