Interessing Barolo wine, with a unique taste, is produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming from the “Ravera” cru of Novello: it is produced by joining the classic school of the Barolo wine, that must mature in big casks of 500l, with the international style that want the passage in little casks. The colour of this wine is an intense ruby red one with orange reflexes, while its bouquet is various and charming, at the same time complex and elegant, with smells of dog rose, strawberry, spices, vanilla, black pepper and tobacco. With great softness, freshness and persistence, it is perfect if drunk together with important platters based on red meats, seasoned cheeses and game. Moreover, this Barolo wine, as the others, owns a good capacity of aging.

The Marziano Abbona’s cave was built in 1970, and it concludes its origins from Celso’s work, the father of Marziano, who has passed on the passion for wine, for vineyards and for soil. Almost 60 years ago, Celso decided to implant the Doriolo vineyards, that represented the best for the Dogliani Dolcetto’s production both for the exposition and for the soil’s nature. Once collected the heritage of his father, Marziano has obtained wines of high quality, by handling, devotion in the production of wines, which reflect the spirit of one of the best wine makers of the Langa.
