More info

The Barolo “Rocche dell’Annunziata” of Roberto Voerzio is grown from selected Nebbiolo grapes, and it shows a ruby red colour. Its bouquet is various and charming, floral and fruited, with scents of violet and dry dog roses, cherry and jam, with notes of licorice and tobacco. The smell is warm, intense and charming, with great structure, persistent: it is perfect in combination with roasted and braised beef, game and seasoned cheeses.

Manufacturer

The cave arises in 1986 in La Morra and at that time it included only 2 hectares of vineyards. In the course of the time the producer of this winery have managed to purchase new vineyards, as those appropriated to Barolo, Nebbiolo and Barbera’s production. The wine making follows traditional procedures, by allowing the vineyards to express their essence, that derives from the wine. Voerzio's cave manages to produce from 40000 to 60000 bottles every year, thanks to the surface of 20 hectares.
