Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Ciù Ciù 2019

The Lacrima di Morro d'Alba of the Ciù Ciù winery originates in the town with the same name of the Marche region, in the province of Ancona. The wort, obtained by grapes grown organically without the use of fertilizers or herbicides, spends six months in steel tanks and then it is bottled without aging. At the sight, it has a beautiful red colour with purple shades; at nose floral and fruity scents emerge with hints of blueberries, elderberries and gooseberries on a background of roses and carnations. Hints that intensify on the taste buds, however showing a surprising balance and delicacy. Perfectly combined with typical products of the Marche region, it gives its best with cold cuts, pasta with meat sauce and second courses based on chicken or rabbit.

The Ciù Ciù winery was founded in 1970 in Offida, in the province of Ascoli Piceno by Natalino Bartolomei and his wife Anna. The winery, which nowadays extends for more than one hundred and fifty hectares, is a leader in the production of organic wines, obtained by grapes grown without the use of chemical additives and pesticides; even the caps are 100% eco-friendly and recyclable! With commitment and dedication, the Bartolomei family has obtained, for the first time in Italy, the certificate of "Vegan Vegetarian Quality".
