Erbaluce di Caluso docg Cieck 2022

The Erbaluce di Caluso by Cieck is an excellent white wine, very particular that is refined exclusively in steel. Pleasant straw yellow coloured tending to greenish, in the nose it gives off a fine and elegant bouquet, with hints of white pulp fruit, aromatic herbs on honey notes. In the mouth it is well balanced, with a good structure and a long and mineral final. The rbaluce di Caluso by Cieck is perfect in combination with fish courses and the classic vitello tonnato.

The Cieck Winery, founded in 1985 and managed by Domenico Caretto and Lia Falconieri, offers the best wines of the Canavese area, that is the northern portion of the Turin province. The pay great attention to the respect of the environment: the fight against parasites in the vineyard is strictly dealt with natural methods, also by consulting the Faculty of Agriculture of Turin. In the cellar, tradition is combined with technological innovation to transmit the peculiarities and characteristics of the territory to the wine as much as possible.
