More info

The Barbera d'Alba Vignota of Conterno e Fantino winery is produced with grapes coming from five different vineyards situated on the hills in the district of Monforte: Ginestra, Pajana, Mosconi, Bussia Sottana and Ornati. This wine shows an intense ruby red colour with some dark red nuances, while the smell of it reveals a fruited bouquet with hints of currants and mature cherry. So this Barbera d’Alba is endowed with a good structure, a fresh and full taste, and it is balanced, persistent, too. For its peculiarities it is perfect in combination with risotto, lasagne, white meats, salami and medium seasoned cheeses.
