Blangè Langhe Arneis doc Ceretto 2021 BIO

Blangè is a rich and easygoing expression of Arneis variety, and has become an icon during 80s and 90s. It renovated the oenology process in Langhe, that in past was mainly based on the red grapes cultivation. Blangè by Ceretto is a white wine obtained form Arneis grapes, with a clear straw-yellow. The bouquet is delicate and fresh, with notes of withe fruits like apple and and pear. Blangè is excellent as a pre-dinner drink; it can be paired with light starters, traditional vitello tonnato, fresh cheese. It is also perfect with sushi and sashimi courses. 

The cave is situated in Alba, in San Cassiano locality: today this winery is managed by Bruno and Marcello, who are supported by a new generation, made up of Alessandro, Federico, Lisa and Roberta. Recently this team has had a great idea: they have abandoned every chemical product, in order to reach the grapes’ healthiness.
