The Dolcetto PianCavallo by Negro Giuseppe is a great wine with a ruby red color with violet reflexes. Its smell is intense and fruited, with cherry, blackberry, current and field flower hints. The taste is dry and rich, fresh and with a medium structure; it’s perfect if drunk in combination with first courses, cured meats and medium aged cheeses.

The Negro Giuseppe’s cave is collocated in the centre of the Langhe, exactly in the district of Neive. Giuseppe Negro has managed his vineyards and his cave since the 50s, by producing high quality wines. In the same way, today, Giuseppe’s son manages the winery, by looking for answer to the needs of his customers and producing great wines.
