Sauvignon doc Sanct Valentin St. Michael Eppan 2020

The Sauvignon “Sanct Valentin” of the St. Michael Eppan winery, besides being one of the best wines of the winery St. Michael Eppan it is also one of the greatest Italian Sauvignon. This wine is made only from Sauvignon grapes grown in the best vineyards of the district of Appiano, in the heart of Trentino Alto Adige. This Sauvignon has a straw-yellow color, with dark green reflections. It is an elegant, fresh and fruity wine. The nose is pleasant and intense, with hints of yellow fruit, gooseberry and elder flowers. It is perfect to drink fresh as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and first courses based on fish, savory pies, risotto with seafood or risotto with vegetables.

Founded in 1907, St. Michael-Eppan’s holding has charming historical walls, a modern and luminous area for tastings and it transmits the pleasure of the Mediterranean hospitality.
