More info

The Barolo Bricco Rocche of Ceretto winery is made by Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in a small plot in Castiglione Falletto. It is elegant and delicate, rubin red coloured with orange reflections; at nose, it develops flowered scents of rose and violet and fruited hints of blackberry and ripe cherries. In mouth, it is soft, flavoured and persistent.
This Barolo is excellent with roasted and braised red meats; it can be served also with risotto with mushrooms,  pasta with ragu and aged cheeses. It’s a wine right for ageing.

Manufacturer

The cave is situated in Alba, in San Cassiano locality: today this winery is managed by Bruno and Marcello, who are supported by a new generation, made up of Alessandro, Federico, Lisa and Roberta. Recently this team has had a great idea: they have abandoned every chemical product, in order to reach the grapes’ healthiness.
