Pleasant red wine with an intense yellow-crowned colour; the smell emanates a soft and fruited bouquet with hints of blueberry, violet and dog rose, while the taste is dry, harmonic, and fresh. This wine is perfect in combination with pasta and meat sauces, second platters based on meat and seasoned cheeses.

Manufacturer

The history of the cave is connected with that of Serralunga d’Alba. Giovanni founded his own winery in 1896: even now he is remembered, because he was able to give electrical current to his village. Today the cave is managed by Giovanni’s nieces, Camilla, Renato and Giovanni, that have followed the example of their predecessors. They produce a wine, that can be defined the mirror of tradition and of a territory, where it grows.
