The Pinot Noir of St. Michael Eppan is an elegant wine, with pomegranate-red colour: its smell reveals a rich bouquet with fruty hints of raspberry, cherry, blackberry and in the background of jam and spices. This wine is characterized by a compact taste, a good structure and an interesting acidic part. It’s perfect in combination with courses made with red meat, starters and seasoned cheeses.

Founded in 1907, St. Michael-Eppan’s holding has charming historical walls, a modern and luminous area for tastings and it transmits the pleasure of the Mediterranean hospitality. In addition to the traditional and ancient wood casks, modern technology are used in order to balance tradition and innovation. Because of many years of experience and many experiments, grapes are transformed in excellent wines which well represent the region and the vineyards.
