Wine characterized by balance and pleasantness, produced with old Nebbiolo grapes deriving from the Paitin vineyards. It shows a dark red colour, in addition to some ruby red nuances; it includes an elegant and various bouquet, with fruited perfumes of blueberries, strawberries, cherry, pomegranate, spices and green pepper. If you drink it, you can perceive its rich and charming taste, characteristics that make it perfect in combination with excellent first courses, roasted and braised beef or seasoned cheeses of Piedmont.
The origins of this cave go back up 1796, when Luigi Elia purchased a property from Luigi Pelissero. Presently the cave is managed by Secondo Pasquero, who is satisfied about the results he has obtained, because from the old vineyards derive wines of value, that are appreciate everywhere. In the management of his winery, he is supported by his sons Giovanni and Stefano, who are approaching to a more traditional wine making.
