Barbaresco docg PianCavallo Negro Giuseppe 2013

This Barbaresco wine owns character and style, besides the typical dark red colour with orange reflexes. The wine reveals intense and complex perfumes, in addition to a fruited bouquet of blueberries, mature mix berries, violet, spices and licorice. Its flavour is rich and full, thanks to its features, and endowed with pleasant softness and structure. This wine is perfect if drunk together with excellent first platters, grilled red meat, seasoned cheeses, roasted and braised beef. Eventually, this wine includes a good capacity of aging.

The Negro Giuseppe’s cave is collocated in the centre of the Langhe, exactly in the district of Neive. Giuseppe Negro has managed his vineyards and his cave since the 50s, by producing high quality wines. In the same way, today, Giuseppe’s son manages the winery, by looking for answer to the needs of his customers and producing great wines.
