More info

This is a velvety Barolo wine with the characteristic pomegranate-colored in addition to some ruby red nuances. This wine is really perfumed with floral scents of violet and rose, besides fruited ones of blueberries and strawberries. The taste is a soft, persistent and velvety one: in fact, it is perfect in combination with platters based on red meats, as roasts or braised meats, game, platters based on the famous Alba Truffle and seasoned cheeses. Eventually, this Barolo wine has a great capacity of aging.

The cave is situated in Alba, in San Cassiano locality: today this winery is managed by Bruno and Marcello, who are supported by a new generation, made up of Alessandro, Federico, Lisa and Roberta. Recently this team has had a great idea: they have abandoned every chemical product, in order to reach the grapes’ healthiness.
