More info

This Barolo wine is produced with grapes coming from the prestigious “Brunate” vineyard in the district of La Morra. This wine is endowed with elegance and complexity and shows the characteristic ruby red colour; the bouquet is instead complex but intense, with fruited and spiced perfumes and scents of violet, wild rose, oriental spices, cacao and chocolate, besides under wood. Its taste is rich and harmonic, at the same time persistent: these characteristics make it perfect if drunk in combination with platters based on red meats, game and seasoned cheeses.

Manufacturer

The cave arises in 1986 in La Morra and at that time it included only 2 hectares of vineyards. In the course of the time the producer of this winery have managed to purchase new vineyards, as those appropriated to Barolo, Nebbiolo and Barbera’s production. The wine making follows traditional procedures, by allowing the vineyards to express their essence, that derives from the wine. Voerzio's cave manages to produce from 40000 to 60000 bottles every year, thanks to the surface of 20 hectares.
