Franciacorta DOCG Brut Pas Dosé Il Mosnel

The Franciacorta Pas Dosé il MOsnel is an elegant and refined sparkling wine, produced without the so-called liqueur de tirage; it shows a brilliant and great straw yellow colour, with some persistent little bubbles. Its bouquet is elegant and refined, in addition to elegant perfumes of mature white fruit, white flowers as chamomile and jasmine, vanilla: these hints are in perfect harmony with those of yeasts, bread crust. The taste is dry, fresh and persistent, and thanks to it, we can drink this wine together with platters or soups based on fish, some types of fish.

In the heart of the Franciacorta, in Camignone, is situated the centuries-old house, that the Barboglio inherited in 1836. In 1976 the cave acquired the name of ‘Mosnel’: this word has a Celtic origin and it means heap of stones, on which the cave is collocated. Today the winery is managed by the fifth generation: the manager is Giulio Barzanò, who works in the productive and commercial sector, while his sister Luciana Barzanò controls the administration of the ‘Mosnel’. So the cave ‘Mosnel’ proposes a style of life, that goes to the discover of the nature and it pursuits what is good and beautiful.
