The Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze by Col Vetoraz is an elegant and fine sparkling wine, very fresh, produced with grapes from the finest vineyards in the high Cartizze area. It presents itself with a beautiful bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it develops intense and delicate aromas, with notes of rose floral, citrus, acacia, and fruity notes of white peach, pear, and apple. In the mouth, it is velvety, full, and elegantly aromatic. The Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze by Col Vetoraz is perfect enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or paired with seafood appetizers.

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco is produced by this cave on the hills between Valdobbiadene and Cornegliano, in the area of Treviso. This kind of wine is very old and it goes back up the previous period of the Roman colonization. In 1838 Miotto family settled in the Col Vetoraz locality, by developing a production of Valdobbiadene and Cartizze. In 1993 Francesco Miotto, the heir of this family, has created, together with other three businessman, the present Col Vetoraz. Nowadays this cave is famous in the whole world, especially for the production of Valdobbiadene, that is its peculiarity.
