Bernardina Nebbiolo d'Alba doc Ceretto 2020 BIO

Nebbiolo Bernardina by Ceretto is an elegant wine produced at the magnificent Monsordo-Bernardina estate. Shorter maceration and less extraction turn into an immediately pleasant wine, that can be immediately drunk and whose scents recall the grape primary aromas. The grapes are cultivated following the organic process and the colour is bright ruby red. The bouquet is elegant and fruity with scents od violet, raspberry, cassis and cherry. The taste is dry and balanced, with elegant and soft tannins. It is ideal with meat gravy tagliolini, ravioli with cheese fondue, grilled meat and medium seasoned cheese.

The cave is situated in Alba, in San Cassiano locality: today this winery is managed by Bruno and Marcello, who are supported by a new generation, made up of Alessandro, Federico, Lisa and Roberta. Recently this team has had a great idea: they have abandoned every chemical product, in order to reach the grapes’ healthiness.
