The Strasserhof winery owned by the Baugartner family is located in Val d’Isarco near at the famous Novacella abbey. It’s in the medieval “maso” of Strasserhof, situated on a quiet and sunny south-eastern slope. It has about 5 hectares of vineyards cultivated with the best native grape varieties that make superb white wines like: Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Kerner, Riesling and Veltliner. With a production of only 40 000 bottles per year, it is considered a small jewel of the Italian wine overview.
