Our consignments are entrusted to the best express couriers. For this reason they are fast and safe. We will send an e-mail to warn you about the departure of the consignment. Your order will arrive in 2 working days from the departure of the consignment in Italy and in 2-5 working days in Europe. Delivery times in countries outside of Europe vary depending on the destination. Longer times are expected for shipments to those countries where it is mandatory to use an importer.
Deliveries are effected only from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m.
In order to prevent delay in the consignment or in the delivery of the goods, we ask you to give us the information of the order blank in a detailed way.
No shipping fees will be applied for minimum orders of 115.00€ for deliveries in Italy.
The cost of consignement in Italy is 9,50€ for standard delivery.

Please come to the store on the scheduled date and time, and bring the confirmation email to collect your order.
We use only cardboard packaging, that are safe and reliable, in order to prevent unpleasant breakages during the consignment.
