ACCORNERO

Accornero winery was established in the first half of Nineteenth century by Bartolomeo Accornero, the family forefather. The estate stands in Vignale Monferrato, in the earth of Monferrato territory, known for the flourishing vineyards of Barbera and Grignolino. The winery passed through the generations, mixing tradition, passion and innovation, whose goal is the production of high-quality wines. In 1957, Giulio started vinifying his own grapes, highlighting for the first time the wine heritage of Vignale Monferrato. Over the years, the winery has been inherited by Ermanno and Massimo, Giulio’s sons, and currently they take care of each production phase, both into the vineyards and in the cellar. The new generation focus is characterised by a rich foresight and the desire to reach excellence, always maintaining the original identity and the strong bond with the past and the terroir. Accornero winery is famous for its authentic wines mirroring Monferrato values. Among the others, we recommend Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese, with its refined and charming behaviour, and Barbera del Monferrato, characterised by aromatic intensity and longevity.
