Francesco Rinaldi & Figli

Rinaldi Francesco, one of the most renowned wineries in the Barolo area, is an ancient and prestigious estate located on a hill within the prestigious Cannubi cru. Founded in 1870, the winery was inherited by Francesco Rinaldi in 1922, who gave it his name. That same year, Francesco took the reins of the estate, starting to produce wines that have since stood out for their outstanding quality—a tradition passed down faithfully from father to son over the generations. Today, the winery is run by Paola and Piera, who have successfully expanded the business abroad while keeping family traditions alive. The estate’s vineyards cover about 11 hectares, divided into several plots, all benefiting from excellent exposure and microclimatic conditions. The winemaking philosophy remains deeply rooted in the oldest traditions of the Langhe, while at the same time embracing the most advanced oenological technologies.
