"Saraja” means furrow in Sardinian dialect, and states the permanent sign the Winery aim at leaving into the local territory. A strong bond with the native land and the will to grow vineyards able to express the authentic terroir features runs the company philosophy. It’s a young wine project located in Gallura region, Sardinia. The vineyards grow at 500 meters above the sea level on difficult soils, rich in stones and granite, and surrounded by the wind coming from the sea. Into the vineyard, the biodiversity and the protection of the environment are a prerogative. Into the cellar, the technical processes are reduced to minimum and all wines are protected from noise, light and unbalanced temperature, to ensure a spontaneous and slow ageing.
