The Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company was founded in 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark, by acclaimed sommelier Jacob Kocemba and his business and marketing expert partner, Bo Sten Hansen. By combining Nordic innovation with Asian tea traditions, the company has created organic sparkling beverages with low or zero alcohol content, based on a careful selection of high-quality teas — all strictly organic. Their beverages are innovative and intriguing, rich in different flavors and aromas: they are an excellent option for sparkling wine lovers who prefer a non-alcoholic alternative. All beverages from the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company are made starting from a tea cuvée, made sparkling through a process similar to that used in traditional sparkling wine production. The cuvée consists of a blend of premium teas, with up to 13 different tea varieties combined in various ways to achieve the highest level of quality and aromatic complexity. The product range includes several unique versions of Sparkling Tea, such as BLA (0% alcohol), which offers delicate notes of jasmine, chamomile, and a hint of citrus, or Lyserød Rosé (0% alcohol), which won the World Beverage Innovation Awards 2020 as Best Non-Alcoholic Beverage. Since its foundation, the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company has experienced rapid growth; its products are now available in over 50 countries and served in more than 100 Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
