The Vieris Sauvignon by Vie di Romans is a complex and mineral white wine, whit a great ageing aptitude thanks to its long refinement in wood. It has a great straw yellow color with green reflexes. It shows intense and fascinating fragrances, with notes of white peach, spices and sage. In the mouth, it is dry and persistent, showing a great structure and intensity. It owns a pleasant-tasting if served chilled as aperitif. The Vieris Sauvignon by Vie di Romans is also perfect in combination with grilled and smoked fish dishes, white meats, cold cuts and soft cheeses.

Since the middle of last century, the Gallo family began to devote himself completely to the world of vine and wine. At the time the winery was born like a small family production, handled by Basil, Stelio, and Gianfranco. Since 1978 the winery is conducted by Gianfranco which, through rigorous and bold wine choices, has been able to enlarge the company and to make known to all the world the quality of the wines of Vie di Romans.
