Via del Campo Falanghina Quintodecimo 2019

Via del Campo is a cru made with Falanghina grapes cultivated in a single vineyard and harvested manually in early October, to try to take full advantage of the aromatic maturation of the grape. Fruity and mineral wine, at sight it shows a beautiful bright golden yellow color and in the nose it expresses broad and persuasive aromas, with notes of apple, pineapple, aromatic herbs and wildflowers, in addition to mineral hints on the final. In the mouth it is a well structured wine with an enveloping, soft and velvety taste. With a pleasant sapidity, the Falanghina Via del Campo is perfect to drink for all meals, with fish appetizers and savory vegetable pies.

The Quintodecimo winery was founded in 2001 by Luigi Moio and Laura Di Marzio; it is located in Campania on the hill of Mirabella Eclano, not far from Taurasi. Its name derives from the name Quintum Decimum which, at the beginning of the 8th century, identified the house of the ancient “municipium of Aeclanum”. Today, Quintodecimo is a lively reality with the ambition to produce great wines, starting from the cultivation in vineyard using organic production methods, respecting the soil and the environment.
