Barbaresco PianCavallo by Negro Giuseppe is a wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes cultivated on Neive hills. It has a great character and style. The typical dark red colour with orange reflexes is one of its main peculiarities. The wine reveals intense and complex aromas, with a fruity hints of blueberries, ripe mixed berries, violet, spices and licorice. The sip is rich and full,pleasantly soft and persistent. This wine is recommended with excellent first platters, grilled red meat, mature cheese, roasted and braised beef. Barbaresco PianCavallo by Negro Giuseppe has a great ageing potential.
