Barbaresco Gallina by Negro Giuseppe winery is a gret red wine made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes coming from the Cru Gallina in Neive. With a great ageing potential, it shows a great ruby redis color. In the nose it is intense and fruity, with jam, mixed berries, violet scents and a pleasant spicy final. The taste is rich, tannic, harmonic and persistent. We recommend Barbaresco Gallina by Negro Giuseppe with red meat, roasts and braised meat, game and mature cheese.

The Negro Giuseppe’s cave is collocated in the centre of the Langhe, exactly in the district of Neive. Giuseppe Negro has managed his vineyards and his cave since the 50s, by producing high quality wines.
