Barbaresco Gallina by Negro Giuseppe has an excellent structure and a great ageing potential. It is made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes coming from the Cru Gallina in Neive. It has a great ruby red color; in the nose it is intensse and fruity, with jam, mixed berries, violet and spice scents. The taste is rich, tannic, harmonic and persistent. We recommend it with red meat main courses, such as roasts and braised meat, game and mature cheese.

The Negro Giuseppe’s cave is collocated in the centre of the Langhe, exactly in the district of Neive. Giuseppe Negro has managed his vineyards and his cave since the 50s, by producing high quality wines. In the same way, today, Giuseppe’s son manages the winery, by looking for answer to the needs of his customers and producing great wines.
