In 1930 Cesare Porello transforms his properties in a real winery, even if this last was of little sizes, by combining wine’s to peaches’ production, a typical product of Canale. Later Cesare’s sons decide to devote themselves only to vineyards, by purchasing new territories and abandoning peaches’ production. Nowadays the cave is managed by Marco Porello, Cesare’s niece, that after the enological studies in Alba and after some experiences in Europe, has begun to run his family’s vineyards. During the year the grapes are treated with a specific attention and effort, because Marco’s purpose is to obtain wine of quality.
