KOLLERHOF

The Kollerhof estate is located in the province of Bolzano, in Egna, Trentino-Alto Adige. Although relatively young, the domaine owns vineyards in some of the most prestigious areas of South Tyrol, such as the Mazzon area, which also lends its name to one of its most famous wines. This plateau is particularly suited for cultivating Pinot Noir, a variety that, thanks to the perfect vineyard altitude and a climate that alternates refreshing breezes with sunny days, finds ideal conditions for growth. Kollerhof is considered one of the most interesting wineries in the province of Bolzano. Owned by the Visintin family, it is a small-scale producer where Herbert, together with his children, dedicates heart and soul to every stage of production, from the vineyard to bottling. Across its approximately 4 hectares of vineyards, in addition to the Pinot Noir—the absolute star of the Mazzon cru—another very special grape, Solaris, is also cultivated.
