The Pinot Nero “Mazon” is one of the most important wine made by the Kollerhof winery, which takes its names from the terroir with the same name in the province of Bolzano. It has an intense ruby red colour while at nose it gets off fruity scents with notes of small berries, sweet cherries and jam. In mouth, it is warm and velvety, with fine tannins and a well-balanced acidity. It is perfect if drunk in combination with red meats, roasted or braised,mushrooms, salmì game and medium aged cheeses.
