The Sangiovese Flacciano Della Pieve of Fontodi winery is an elegant Tuscan red wine made with the best grapes of the winery, farmed in the famous Chianti region.
It’s characterized by an intense ruby red color, a complex and rich bouquet with floral and fruity notes of violet and marasca cherries.
In mouth, it is warm and enchanting, with important tannins well integrated in the structure of the wine.
It is perfect if drunk in combination with grilled red meats, traditional Tuscan dishes, game and seasoned cheeses.

The Fontodi winery is located in the heart of the Chianti, in the south valley of Panzano. The management of the vineyards is in biological from the 1990s and it follows an environment-friendly project of viticulture promoted by the union of the wine makers of Panzano. It is one of the most prestigious winery of the Chianti Classico, with numerous and continuous international recognitions.
