Roero docg Gorrini Deltetto 2018 BIO

The Roero Gorrini of Deltetto winery is an elegant and well-structured red wine, produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown in Santo Stefano Roero in the historic vineyard inherited from the maternal grandfather Aldo. The Roero Gorrini of Deltetto shows a beautiful ruby red color with light garnet reflections; its bouquet is floral and fruity with hints of raspberries and spices. The taste is elegant, round, well balanced and characterized by a tannic and persistent finish. The Roero Gorrini of Deltetto is ideal to drink in combination with tasty main courses of meat or with the great classic courses of the Piedmontese tradition.

Since 1953 the Deltetto cave produces high quality wines of Langa and Roero. It is settled in Canale and established by Carlo Deltetto: the philosophy of the cave has as purpose the respect of nature and of the great Piedmont’s tradition of wine. Now the winery is managed by the son of Carlo, Antonio, together with his wife Graziella and their sons Carlo, Cristina and Claudia. There is a various and complete production, which includes red wines of the tradition as Roero Braja, Barolo Sistaglia, Barbera Rocca delle Marasche, and Barbera Bramè, but also white wines typical of Roero as Arneis San Michele, Arneis Daivei and Favorita Servaj.
