The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC “Dabbene” of Bovio winery is a red wine made from grapes grown on the hills between La Morra and Montelupo Albese, in the heart of the Langhe. At sight it shows an intense red color and purple reflections. At nose you can perceive fresh and fruity aromas, with notes of cherry, pear and peach. In the mouth, you can taste its fresh, intense and balanced flavor. Thanks to its qualities, it combines perfectly with starters, rack of lamb and pasta or rice.
