The Langhe Chardonnay Alessandro by the Azienda Agricola Bovio Gianfranco is a unique white wine of its kind, very fresh and fruity. Produced for the first time in 1998, it is dedicated to the owner's grandfather, who started the Bovio family's adventure in the world of wine. After a period of aging in barriques for a few months, it shows a beautiful clear straw yellow colour. The nose is striking for its freshness and complexity, accompanied by notes of exotic fruit. In the mouth it has a pleasant acidity and length. The Langhe Chardonnay Alessandro by Bovio Gianfranco is perfect to drink chilled as an aperitif or in combination with fish appetizers, vegetable-based first courses, molluscs and crustaceans.
