The Etna Bianco Arcuria of Graci comes from the vineyard Arcurìa, located between 600 and 660 meters above sea level on the northern side of Etna. After aging in cement tanks and oak barrels for 12 months and a further 12 months in bottle, the wine has a beautiful brilliant straw yellow color. In the nose it releases delicious citrus and vegetable notes; endowed with a nice aromatic bouquet, in the mouth it is fresh and savory, with a persistent finish. The Etna Bianco Arcuria is perfect to drink in combination with hot fish appetizers, grilled and stewed fish, fried fish and fresh cheeses.
