More info

This is an elegant Roero wine, with an intense ruby red colour; this wine takes the name from the “Braja” vineyard, situated on the hills of Santo Stefano Roero. It contains fruited and floral perfumes, in addition to some violet’ and mature fruit’s hints. Furthermore, this Roero wine is endowed with a pleasant softness and great structure: in fact it is perfect if drunk in combination with important platters based on meat, as roasts and game.

Manufacturer

Deltetto

Since 1953 the Deltetto cave produces high quality wines of Langa and Roero. It is settled in Canale and established by Carlo Deltetto: the philosophy of the cave has as purpose the respect of nature and of the great Piedmont’s tradition of wine. Now the winery is managed by the son of Carlo, Antonio, together with his wife Graziella and their sons Carlo, Cristina and Claudia. There is a various and complete production, which includes red wines of the tradition as Roero Braja, Barolo Sistaglia, Barbera Rocca delle Marasche, and Barbera Bramè, but also white wines typical of Roero as Arneis San Michele, Arneis Daivei and Favorita Servaj.
