Nizza docg La Luna e i Falò Vite Colte 2016

The Nizza docg "La Luna e i Falò" of Vite Colte winery is a wine made with 100% of Barbera grapes cultivated on arid and calcareous soils in the area of Nizza Monferrato. With a beautiful intense purple red color, in the nose it develops intense and rich aromas, complex, with hints of berries and light notes of vanilla and caramel on the finish. Wine with a good body and round tannins, in the mouth it is balanced, deep, persistent, fine and characterized by a pleasing hint of blueberry on the finish. The Nizza docg "La Luna e i Falò" of Vite Colte goes perfectly with grilled red meat, game or aged cheeses.

The winery Vite Colte, called Terre da Vino since 2016, is a cooperative winery that was born in the town of Barolo in the 80s, including about 300 hectares of vineyards in the Langhe and Monferrato. It produces exclusively Piedmontese wines such as Barbera d'Asti, Moscato d'Asti, Barolo and Barbaresco  which are aged at controlled humidity and then bottled in an innovative production plant, where works of art of tourist interest are exhibited. Quality is the goal of the winegrowers and growers who, thanks to their knowledge of the area, are able to make the Piedmontese wine culture stand out all over the world.
