Franciacorta docg Brut Rosé Bellavista 2017

Franciacorta Brut Rosé by Bellavista is an elegant and seducing sparkling wine, produced in limited quantities: the cuvée is made up of 62% Chardonnay and 38% Pinot Nero and more than 30 wine selections. All bottles rest at least 5 years in the cave before entering the market. It's a refined and structured wine, with a light peach rose and a very subtle perlage. The bouquet is delicate and refined, with notes of strawberry, peach, rose, toasted bread and yeast. The mouthfeel is fresh and balanced, pleasantly persistent. We recommend it with steamed fish, sushi, sashimi, vegetables risotto. 

‘Understand the potentialities in order to reach the excellence’: this is the philosophy of Bellavista’s cave, that all along it has respected and expressed this idea. Bellavista cave takes the name from the hill, where it is situated: it looks out into the Iseo Lake and the Alpi. This winery rises in 1977 in Franciacorta for want of Vittorio Moretti, who decided to transform the familiar property in a little cave, where it was possible to produce wine. This last has an important value for Vittorio Moretti, it is a moment where the experience becomes a destination.
