The Bellavista Riserva “Vittorio Moretti” is an excellent sparkling wine “Extra brut” that takes its name from founder of the winery.

On view it shows a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish nuances.

It releases a fine and refined bouquet, with scents of white fruit, peach and honey.

In mouth, it is fresh and elegant with a fine perlage that enrichesthe long final with fruity notes.

It is perfect if drunk in combination with raw fish dishes, soups of squids, crustaceans and stewed white meat

‘Understand the potentialities in order to reach the excellence’: this is the philosophy of Bellavista’s cave, that all along it has respected and expressed this idea. Bellavista cave takes the name from the hill, where it is situated: it looks out into the Iseo Lake and the Alpi. This winery rises in 1977 in Franciacorta for want of Vittorio Moretti, who decided to transform the familiar property in a little cave, where it was possible to produce wine. This last has an important value for Vittorio Moretti, it is a moment where the experience becomes a destination.
