Alma Grande Cuvée Franciacorta docg Dosaggio Zero by Bellavista is a prestigious and elegant Franciacorta wine, made up of a blend of different vintages, mainly Chardonnay. It rests on its lees for at least 30 months. In the glass, it is bright straw yellow with a vivid and persistent perlage. The bouquet is wide and charming, with hints of bread crust, yeast, white flowers, citrus and plum, and a lightly mineral note. The sip is fresh and sapid, vertical and persistent. We recommend it during the whole meal, with fish courses, mixed fried dishes or fresh cheese.
